《有種信念，叫跑！》為一連十集雜誌式節目： 跑步，既強身，亦修心。 香港人，不論工作、休息時間都不夠，哪會有時間做運動？ 繁忙城市近年卻有不少人去參加城中大小的長跑比賽，甚至是馬拉松，上了「跑步癮」！跑步可以改變整個人的身體狀況、生活作息、社交圈子、以至人生觀，她究竟有何魔力呢？

Little Kai (Sun Ya-Tung) is a member of a criminal organisation. The tattoo on his chest earns him the nickname of ‘Leopard’. Immediately upon Little Kai’s release from jail, his brother is framed and murdered. Suspecting that it’s an inside job, Kai returns to the organisation to see if he can find out root out who is behind his brother’s death.

Es la historia del encuentro casual de dos personajes marginales y disímiles: Danilo, un afilador de tijeras que pedalea la ciudad en su “despacho rodante”, sin poder soportar el horror del pasado y Ani, una adolescente aprendiz de peluquera, que recorre también las calles de Buenos Aires. La angustiada verborragia del hombre contrasta con el silencio desvalido de la chica, pero el dúo representa mediante la distancia entre las edades respectivas, una continuidad de la historia argentina reciente en la que la represión política y la exclusión social se anudan a lo largo del tiempo para conformar un único sistema de injusticia.
