2006年1月26日に札幌STVスピカで披露された能「邯鄲」を収録。仏道の教えを受けるべく旅立った蜀の国の若者が、旅の途中に邯鄲の里で見た一夜の夢と、その夢によって得た悟りについて描く。観世喜正と野村萬斎による舞台挨拶のほか、解説など特典も満載。 　　廬生という若者が仏道の教えを受けようと楚国の羊飛山に住む高僧を訪ねる途中、邯鄲の里で宿を借りた際に、楚王の勅使が迎えに現れ宮殿へいざなわれ、王となって栄耀栄華の限りを尽くす。そして、50年後に旅宿の女主人に粟飯が出来たと起こされ廬生は呆然とする

Using eight 16mm cameras, Hellmuth Costard, one of the most important experimental filmmakers in German cinema of the 60s and 70s, followed every move over the 90 minutes of the man in the red no. 11 shirt – George Best. What at first seems like an eccentric experiment turns in the course of the film into something much more valuable: a clear view of the great man's progress through an entire match, his attempts to "read the game" and an insight into how carefully a player like Best paces himself during the course of an entire game.

Le Guin’s rendition of the Dao De Jing, the film gathers sensibilities of the natural world, Eastern cosmology, and interdependence to present queerhood as an open field of possibility, one brimming with life that is to come.
