In his hilarious spoof documentary on the art world, Ulu Braun walks away from his trademark ‘video paintings’ and steps into a full blown AI universe.

This film follows composer and performer Max Richter as he consolidates an ambitious performance of his critically acclaimed eight-hour opus, Sleep. 　　The film plunges deeply into the artist’s life and process, transcending the work to explore his legacy. Personal reflections from Max Richter, and visual archive from his long-term creative partner, the BAFTA winning filmmaker, Yulia Mahr - the co-architect of SLEEP – help build this intimate portrait – along with contributions that illuminate both the science and story behind the work.

An adaption of his one-man off-Broadway show of the same name, Chris Gethard: Career Suicide is a comedy about depression, alcoholism, suicide and the other funniest parts of life. Gethard holds nothing back as he dives into his experiences with mental illness and psychiatry, finding hope in the strangest places.

20世纪80年代末、90年代初，中国某个平凡的小村庄，小女孩如同千千万万的同龄人一样在社会主义的环境下成长起来。她玩的游戏也极具时代特色，红色花纹的老式积木，家养的小动物猫儿弗拉基咪尔、小鸡费里克斯和淘气的小鸭子贝利亚，即使日常也时不时蹦出几句俄语单词。面对犯了错误的贝利亚，小女孩无比自然地冠以“社会主义害虫”等罪名，并以人民的名义予以审判。她乐在其中，完全不知外部的世界正在发生怎样的变化。在此期间，动物同志们接连离她而去，苏联老大哥也出现了影响深远的变动。女孩的心灵面临前所未有的蜕变…… 　　本片为北京电影学院动画学院2013届学生毕业作品。
