康震，1970年3月生，陕西省绥德县人。文学博士。现为北京师范大学文学院教授，博士研究生导师。中国李白研究会常务理事、中国苏轼研究学会常务理事、中国王维研究会理事、北京高等教育学会理事、中国唐代文学学会会员。主要从事中国古代诗词、散文、中国古代文学与文化研究。　在《文学评论》《文艺研究》等学术刊物发表论文五十余篇。出版《长安文化与隋唐诗歌》《康震品李白》《康震评说诗圣杜甫》《康震评说苏东坡》《康震评说李清照》《康震评说唐宋八大家》等著作、教材多部。荣获全国模范教师、全国高校优秀辅导员、宝钢教育基金理事会全国优秀教师奖、北京市教育教学(高等教育)优秀成果奖、北京市高校青年教师教学比赛一等奖等多项奖励。主持参与多项国家级、教育部、北京市级教学科研项目。　2005年至今，在CCTV—10《百家讲坛》主讲《诗仙李白》《诗圣杜甫》《苏轼》《李清照》《唐宋八大家》等专题讲座，获得广泛好评。

欧阳刘氏生于1922年，膝下二男六女。一生在河南省最南端的一个农村度过，从没出过远门。儿女多在外省谋生，只在年底回家。 　　2018年4月她的身体开始虚弱，6月份已不能下床，在母亲的要求下女儿们纷纷回来照顾母亲，陪伴欧阳刘氏渐渐油尽灯枯。热与冷，生与死，参差互嵌,便是这个农村老太太的人生。 　　Ouyang Liu was born in 1922 （the Previous dynasty before People’s Republic of China）. She spent the whole life in a most remote rural village and never traveled. For the purpose of being looked after in her old age, she brought up 8 children. However, the gap between urban and rural development has caused the structural poverty in rural areas and drives the children out of the hometown for survival. They backed home once a time only in Chinese new year festival. 　　In 2018, her body began to weaken, and was unable to get down bed. At the request of the mother, her children came back to take care of her until she was finally exhausted. Heat and cold, life and death, are mixed into each other. 　　That is a life of an old Chinese rural lady.

Each year, a father films his daughter on her birthday, asking her the same questions. In just 29 minutes, we watch her grow from a toddler to a young woman with all the beautiful and awkward stages in between. Each phase is fleetingly captured but leaves an indelible mark. Her answers to her father’s questions are just a backdrop for a deeper story of parental love and, ultimately, independence.

Three seemingly separate stories taking place in Tel Aviv, this film examines people from very different backgrounds beginning what seems to be an ordinary day, although by the end of a few weeks, their lives will have intersected with surprising results. Reuben and Michal, a couple in their forties, decided years ago not to have any children. Michal unexpectedly gets pregnant. Anna, a young single mother, and her ten-year-old son are thrown out of their rented apartment. Kagan, a solitary and introverted radio technician in his thirties, is recording a radio program about his father, the founder of the punk movement in Israel.
