The story focuses mainly on the frequency with which the Peruvian presidents change and how it affects the country. 　　Corruption, assassinations, civil wars, poverty, and instability are the daily bread of Peruvians as well. Despite the film does not bring any major breakthroughs on views of the country and does not reveal anything of the country's political background it offers an interesting point of view from the country's "street folk".
