Christmas 1944. Soviet soldiers invade Hungary and drag every young woman with German origins away from a small village and transport them to a Soviet labor camp where they are forced to work in the coal mines under inhuman conditions. This is where Irén, one of the Hungarian women, meets Rajmund who decides to teach her how to survive. While she is determined to return home to her little daughter and family, history and fate have a different plan: Irén and Rajmund fall in love.

在几内亚共和国的卡普肯（Kapken）岛上，纳卢（Nalu）原住民社区的文化与语言正日渐式微，而长者的逝去并非唯一原因。社区中的两位长者阿达玛（Adama）与布巴卡尔（Boubacar）传递出一段交织怀旧与疑虑的动人讯息，亦谈及尊重自然与守护土地的重要。 　　On Kapken Island (Republic of Guinea), home to an indigenous Nalu community, the departure of the elders is not the only explanation for the erosion of culture and language. Adama and Boubacar, two elders from the community, deliver a touching message that interweaves nostalgia and doubt, with a look at the importance of respecting nature and protecting the land.
