《入住汉阳》最初名称为《桃花客主》是一部青春历史剧，讲述了作为实习生进入朝鲜最大的客主龙泉楼的MZ花青春们波澜壮阔的成长罗曼史。

1890年，湖广总督张之洞在武汉创建了汉阳兵工厂，开始研制中国自己的武器。主人公刘汉阳的父亲刘鄂是枪炮师陈江南的徒弟，刘鄂与江雷、荆尚柯、夏之前并称为四大弟子。就在他们研制武器取得重大成果的时候，师父陈江南却成为了一场阴谋的牺牲品，在研制现场被炸死。四大弟子决心查明真相为师报仇，并立誓研制出中国自己的制式步枪——汉阳造。造枪者更造人，兄弟四人无法抵挡历史大潮的浪头，他们投身辛亥革命，江雷为此献出生命，刘鄂也在武器试验中丧生，命运沉浮中荆尚柯退居山野，夏之前与日本妻子专注于生意场，却不知自己早已被日本间谍暗中利用 。
