老虎的牙齿又大又锋利，能毫不费力地咬断铁条和树木，提起它们，森林中的小动物都很害怕。聪明的狐狸听说了，拍拍胸脯说它有办法治老虎。 狐狸敲开老虎的门，说要送它吃比肉还好吃的糖，老虎起初不信，可是一颗未吃完就忍不住伸手要第二颗，狐狸见势将一盒糖都给了它，并说以后还会送糖来。随着狐狸送糖次数以及种类的增多，它渐渐成了老虎最信赖的朋友。狮大哥上门做客，老虎拿糖招待，狮子指指自己没牙的嘴巴告诫老虎不要再上狐狸的当，老虎决定再见狐狸时给它点颜色看看。但是狐狸又拿糖给老虎时，连狮子都没经得起诱惑，新的糖是好玩的泡泡糖。终于，老虎迎来了牙疼难忍的时刻，狐狸摇身一变成了牙医。
