Bugs Bunny is hunted by Hiawatha, a stereotyped Native American who fills roughly the same role as Elmer Fudd in other Bugs Bunny cartoons of this era.

The "fearless warrior" of the poem is a very small child whose pants keep falling down. He tries to shoot a grasshopper with his arrow, but the grasshopper spits in his eye. He tries to shoot a bunny rabbit, but the rabbit is too cute and pathetic. He tracks a bear, and runs after its cub and right into the mother. His aim is to bring about a reflection on image and digital materials while creating a work of art. For the first time, three non Asian film makers were invited to show their work in three short films: Harun Farocki, Pedro Costa and Eugène Green. 　　After several short films, his film "La Maison de Lave" in 1994 confirmed the talent of this Portuguese film maker in the eyes of the cinema professionals, which revealed the characteristics of his work: an aestheticism which touches on mannerism, well worked black and whites, recurring themes such as the sordid and the filthy, but with a tendency to sublimate them. The film "Ossos" (1997) was premiered notably in Venice and Belfort. In 2000, he finished "Dans la Chambre de Varda" telling the story of the decline of an addict. Costa's aestheticism transformed this story into a dark, filmic poem."Où Gît Votre Sourire Enfoui?" (2001) is a homage to a couple of cineastes Danièle Huillet/Jean-Marie Sraub. "You have to take a risk with every shot, said Antonio Reis. Risk your life even, in every shot, every moment, every intonation of the actor. Otherwise cinema is useless. 帝政ロシア下のシベリアで親を亡くしたポーランドの子供たちを、ポーランドの要請を受けて日本が受け入れることになった。 　　大阪赤十字病院の看護婦である青木葉子（竹内結子）はポーランドの子供たちの収容所に勤務することになった。収容所にやってきた子供たちは元気がなく不潔になっていた。 　　医師の柿沼（吹越満）が子供たちの健康診断を始めると、その中に口を開かないカミル（イグナツィ・ザレフスキ）という少年がいた。葉子はカミルの世話をすることになる。 　　その中の少年カミルは葉子に愛を寄せて離れないようにしていた。しかし、舎外遠足で海へ行ったときに今まで不表情・無口だったカミルが初めて笑い、自分の声でしゃべり、自分の名前はレフ・カチンスキであると言った。 　　葉子はこれからレフを引き取ると言い張ったが、総婦長に大反対される。 　　その後、レフは祖国に帰ってから結婚して、再度日本での指揮者として訪れることとなったが、すでにレフは他界していたが、葉子はレフたちの意思を気にしていた。
