Vincent, Marie and their son have just moved from Paris into a farm near a small town in the south of France. After the breakup of Yugoslavia, this modernist landmark of New Belgrade became neglected by the state and, over decades, gradually deteriorated. 　　In 2020, it was privatised and its transformation followed. 　　Like many of the younger construction workers, Nenad is in Sava Centar for the first time, detached from its past and the society it was built in.

With interviews from Karl Lagerfeld, Bruce Weber, Baz Luhrmann, Courtney Love and many others, Carrozzini gives us a behind the scenes glimpse into his mother's creative process as well as peek into her vulnerabilities both past and present.
