漫漫在高温二十天后，因一场降雨引发对水的恐惧，从而开始囤货。暴雨持续，小区被淹，她租下 31 层房子转移物资。随着雨势不停，全球多地受灾，她预感这是一场生物大灭绝。洪水来袭，大楼倾斜，就在她以为必死之时，雨停了。漫漫联合众人，计划乘船前往五娘山，过程中一波三折，最终在父亲的帮助下成功登上五娘山。此后，他们在山上艰难求生，历经暴雨、洪水的考验，终于等到雨停、洪水退去，也等来了救援 。
