于老乐（刘佩琦饰）成功说服儿子，入住了幸福里养老公寓。在这里，他和好朋友重新组建起年轻时的乐队。乐队的表演不仅为养老院的老人们带去欢乐，也让他们找到了发挥余热的途径。于老乐在与养老院老人相处过程中，不仅带来了欢声笑语，还帮忙解决了诸多麻烦。他和伙伴们不仅实现了老有所乐、老有所为，更做到了老有所爱。于老乐找到了初恋情人白如雪，二人举办了一场他们年轻时就心心念念的圆满婚礼。本剧在展现老年生活时，传达出衰老只是机体的老化，并非精神的衰败。人到老年，只要精神不垮，年龄就不会成为阻碍。
