受1999年英国集锦短片《Tube Tales》的启发，六位来自不同界别、在日本享负盛名的新生代艺术工作者(舞台界的阵内孝则、插画家代表日比野克彦、摄影师山岸伸、音乐界的野泽直子、戏剧界鬼才松尾贵史及设计师饭田和奈)和香港当红女星陈慧琳一起合拍了这部极富试验性的杂锦作品，7个故事皆以今日光怪陆离的东京面貌为故事背景，每人执导15分钟，其中Kelly执导的一段名为《约束》，表现出色。 　　 　　作为唯一参与的外国人，且又是第一次作导演，Kelly既兴奋又担心，她特别邀得好友深田恭子友情客串做女主角，老拍挡美术指导奚仲文客串做副导。短片在横滨的梦之国游乐场拍摄，一个虚幻的爱情故事，死去男主角的灵魂在游乐场邂逅所爱的人(深田恭子)；镜头的美感是肯定的，但故事是否明白，倒要考你的慧根。参与其他短片演出的还有杉本哲太和、柳叶敏郎等。
