生活节奏加快，生存竞争加剧，年轻的父母对教养子女能够分出的时间和精力越来越少，隔代育儿在家庭教养中所占的比例也越来越大。年轻人工作忙，尤其是在大城市，不少老人背井离乡来帮子女带孩子，但老人在喂养、护理和教育孩子上，又常常与子女发生矛盾。 　　我们将通过一档隔代育儿观察家族的综艺节目，向广大育儿家庭传递最新潮最科学的育儿方式。在这里有隔代父母教育观点的激情碰撞，有明星嘉宾陈彦妃产后复出首秀，有育儿冲突的矛盾纠纷，还有父母们最想了解的养育问题。

国内首档育儿定制服务类节目《育儿大师》于2017年2月13日起每周一21:20在贵州卫视播出。每期节目在全国范围内邀请一组在育儿方面遇到问题的家庭，两天时间里，家长带着宝宝（0-6岁）入住舒适健康、设施齐备的宝贝之家别墅。与此同时，有个性化的育儿智囊团全程陪护、指导，解决他们育儿过程中遇到的难题。节目为纯实景外拍，记录有效的育儿指导，观众可从中感受激起共鸣的家庭故事，体验真实的改造过程。

讲述了“小英雄”豆豆与小伙伴们为了参加学校组织的“定向越野”比赛，而成立了“东方斗战队”，虽然最终都没有获得比赛的冠军，但大家一起团结友爱互帮互助，收获了珍贵的友谊从而健康成长的故事。
