少女漫画家・高口里純の大ヒット作品で実写TV化や同・映画化もされた人気コミックの、OVA化第一弾。 　　全中学裏番組織、人呼んで「全中裏」。かつてその幹部・十人衆の一人の立場にありながら今は一匹狼となった不良少女・九楽あすかは、全中裏から要注意人物としてマークされていた。そんな中、関東最大の暴走族「鬼族」のレディースと、全中裏との間で抗争が勃発。だがこの闘争の裏には、あすかを潰そうとする全中裏の幹部で彼女に恨みを抱くスケバン・紅の思惑があった。 　　実写TV、実写映画（ともに1988年作品）に先だって製作されたOVA第一弾だが、後続の実写映像化作品に比べてずっと原作に近い雰囲気で製作されている。製作は東映アニメーション（当時・東映動画）で、監督はTVアニメ『神風怪盗ジャンヌ』のシリーズディレクターなども担当の梅澤淳稔。

Based on a manga by Kurashina Ryo, the Love Master series presents the adventures, erotic and otherwise, of the title hero, Kagurazaka Kikunosuke (Nakakura Kentaro).
