3年前，猫宫诺诺、柚姬衣织、天地祭、雪亚凛沙和阿诚在望月学院的一棵树下埋下时间胶囊，并相约3年后一同聚首于此并开启时间胶囊。在此期间，望月学院即将拆除，多亏诺诺发起签名活动方得以保全。3年后一个晴朗的日子，阿诚和衣织在车站碰面，并肩来至学校。武断的阿诚独自挖出时间胶囊，却发现邪恶的山本老师早已捷足先登拿走了里面的东西，并留下一封信要求他们按照提示寻找。不久，他们遇见先行到达的诺诺，三人共同寻找失却的宝物，在此过程中，往昔的回忆相继浮现眼前，而天地祭的到来似乎又有着别样的情怀…… 　　本片根据同名游戏改编。
