秦子昊是某市刑警支队支队长一天，秦子浩的师傅陈国安遇袭致死，怒发冲冠的秦子浩誓要抓住凶手，不料却卷入了和本市著名企业家梁振坤的纠纷中。一天夜里大雨瓢泼，梁正坤公司所开发的建筑工地被发现了一具被雨水冲出来的女尸，警局刘局和章政委决定成立专案组，将两起案子并案侦查，并让秦子昊临时调到专案组协助侦察。秦子昊和同事经调查发现，此案牵扯到王妙妙的好友吴美丽还有梁正坤情人宋茜，于是秦子浩更加怀疑梁正坤。就在调查进行中，吴美丽却坠楼身亡。这事打乱了秦子浩调查案件的节奏，最终在搭档冯嘉怡的帮助与鼓励下秦子浩振作起来，通过蛛丝马迹追查出了案件的真凶就是梁正坤的助理王建波。在一番斗智斗勇之后正义最终战胜了邪恶！
