裘令、马珊为一对年轻恋人，裘令家境富裕，马珊毕业后工作不顺遂，裘令便想助其安排工作，但马珊坚持靠自己。某次宴会中裘令带马珊去参加叔叔（裘谨）宴会，在丽娜婶婶安排下，马珊始为裘谨工作，并担任其私人秘书，裘谨家庭生活不如意，日久和马珊工作渐生情感，两人并展开一段不伦之恋，但事后双方家人得知消息极力阻扰两人感情，终使这不伦之恋划下休止符。
