6月25日，由凤凰卫视与侨外移民联合打造的《逐梦彼岸—中国新移民》大型真实故事剧式纪录片在北京举行开播发布会。凤凰卫视副总裁夏洪波、凤凰卫视中文台执行台长高雁、凤凰卫视中文台副台长刘点点、侨外移民副总裁朱晓轩、《中国新移民》制片人王志江、总导演宋阳、著名旅美学者周大伟等嘉宾悉数出席。据悉，《中国新移民》将从7月2日起每周日晚18点30分在凤凰卫视中文台播出，节目将会涵盖“留学陪读、华人社团、赴美生子、华人政客、房产置业、海外生意”等同类纪录片鲜少涉及的丰富主题，全景展现中国移民海外生活的真实图景。
