几名高中毕业生考入了警察学校，高虹云（张盈真饰）因为家里都是做警察，所以也选择了走警察的路。赵亚男（谭艾珍饰）迷迷糊糊进来，在警察学校里最搞笑的就是她。片中归亚蕾饰演警察学校的队长，因为她雷厉风行的作风，被人取外号为老巫婆。电影后半部分就是这几名女警来到警署见习，跟队长周雄（向云鹏饰）扮便衣抓人，电影还加入了私娼，贩毒的戏份，尤其抓捕贩毒大佬苍蝇的时候，海陆空警员全部出动，将犯人绳之以法的那一刻真叫大快人心。

纪录片《是面包，是空气，是奇迹啊》第一季将文化之旅的目的地选在了日本。其选题涵盖文化现象与生活方式，从吃、喝、建筑、设计、二次元、职业、情绪、自由行这八个角度展开。演员夏雨、音乐人陈粒、诗人西川三位嘉宾在每一集分别携带三本书，前往不同的地方，亲身感受真实的日本，尝试解决自身困惑，探寻属于自己的答案。在此过程中，节目激发观众对读书和旅行的向往，引领观众感同身受，让观众在开阔眼界的同时重新认识自我，重新领悟旅行的目的与读书的意义。
