A waiter (Amparo Munoz) with the personality of a house plant but not quite that intelligent, gets by on his good looks as he enjoys the favors of women. A duchess lands him a job as a gardener in the palatial spread of one of the ministers of Adolfo Suarez (Prime Minister in Spain at this time). The wife of the minister (impotent himself) seduces the mindless gardener, and apparently finds something lacking because then she goes after the minister's secretary. Unbeknownest to her, the gardener has just converted her into a budding mother. Meanwhile, terrorists decide to kidnap the gardener as a kind of bait (or practice run) for kidnapping the minister. Although it is not revealed until later, the secretary is in league with the terrorists, but then so is the minister. The whole lot of them, in fact, is really controlled by an international ring of corporate types promoting the use of nuclear energy. 剧中主角金科长由苏志燮饰演。在剧中，金科长是敏智的父亲，也是一名朝鲜间谍。他被派去执行无数特别任务，包括17次朝鲜任务、五次韩国双重间谍任务，以及一次针对朝鲜最高司令官的暗杀行动。他是朝鲜黑名单上的头号人物，如同一颗定时炸弹，其存在必须对韩国保密。同时他还是一位单身父亲，带着一个女儿，在韩国一家小型储蓄银行有一份稳定的工作，过着平凡的生活。
