银河·奥特曼是圆谷特摄剧《银河奥特曼》中的主人公，是来自未来的奥特曼，平时将自身的人偶隐藏在银河火花里。当充满勇气的心与银河奥特曼相呼应时，主人公礼堂光即与银河奥特曼一体化，现出巨大化的身姿。自身也有意识，能脱离变身者的存在而活动。通常为了保护礼堂光，与实体化者分离。

如同散落在宇宙中的玩偶，它们化作流星坠落到地球…… 时光流转，来到现代。被命运选中的少年礼堂光，获得了神奇的“银河火花”。那些变小的怪兽和奥特战士，被神秘物体再次变回原本巨大的模样。与此同时，凶恶的怪兽和宇宙人突然现身！强大的黑暗力量开始涌动。为了守护人类，小光借助银河火花的力量，让怪兽和奥特战士的玩偶与“奥特之星”一体化。就这样，新的奥特曼诞生了！
