《江湖绝色录》中榜上有名的美人相继死亡，同样在榜的红衣神偷与禁欲神捕一夜春风后再次相遇，意外卷入这场血雨腥风，两人携手破案共赴相恋……

本剧讲述了红衣神偷温瞳和六扇门统领顾靳澂，在联手追查“美人榜”悬案“白梨失踪”案时，根据线索一路揭开铸造世家方家的“红颜枯骨”案和蜀中唐门的“鬼粟花蛊”案等诡案，在波谲云诡的江湖势力中坚持寻找案件真相。

姜颂作为穿越小说的女主前身，本应大火中被替，却因求生欲导致剧情巨变二女共存。未婚夫被攻略，靠自己养活的母亲和弟弟也被利诱摇摆，是要让位甘愿被抹杀？还是奋起反抗？被除名未遂的炮灰角色，步步为营终改命逆袭。
