2019年容祖儿出道二十週年，于8月5日起在香港红馆举行共19场《Pretty Crazy容祖儿世界巡迴演唱会》，这亦是她第十次登上红馆舞台。是次以「Pretty Crazy」的概念由黄伟文构思，舞上尽展她对工作的「疯狂」及对「优雅」的追求，她亦亲自担当演唱会创意及意念总监。舞台製作由国际知名舞台设计师Es Devlin设计演唱会舞台，更不惜工本请来韩国舞者、俄罗斯铜管乐队与中国杂技团合作。 祖儿再以超高水准演出，加上国际级的舞蹈和视觉效果，使演出极尽视听之娱。同名演唱会主题曲由韩国音乐人操刀，诉说天后出道廿年来的故事。香港站精彩曲目全收录于5DVD+3CD，当中收录了黎明、张学友、郑伊健、杨千嬅、林俊杰、李克勤、张信哲、Twins、古天乐、谢霆锋、张敬轩、古巨基等群星担当嘉宾的合唱歌。
