Based on the story of the first female entrepreneur in Korea, it is a story about a woman overcoming her reversed fate, and at the same time, a drama about the growth of a company in the early days of Korea.

Ga-young learns of her mother’s death from Sun-ae, her mother’s longtime partner. Though strangers to each other, Ga-young and Sun-ae are brought together to arrange the funeral. As they go through the funeral rites, Ga-young comes to discover a side of her mother she had never known.
