帕瓦内是-名伊朗的女性游泳教练，平时在德黑兰一所女性专用的游泳池内教学游泳。一天，她的教学视频在网络.上被大面积传播。作为当地社区的“教父”，帕瓦内的丈夫哈希姆出于愤怒，也为了挽回自己尊严和名声，残忍杀害了自己的妻子。原本和睦的家庭因此支离破碎。帕瓦内的小叔子、哈希姆的弟弟霍贾为了追查偷拍和泄露视频的肇事者，钻进德黑兰的“地下迷宫”，抽丝剥茧，渐渐理清了哥哥哈希姆的人际脉络与生意往来，却意外发现自己当年被诬陷入狱的真相。
