家里开炸猪排店的大场信子（相武纱季 饰）从小在炸猪扒和蛋糕中长大，成为了不折不扣的胖妞。成年后被男友以太胖为原由分手的信子痛下决心，经过一番艰苦卓绝的减肥后，信子华丽变身，拥有了苗条的身材，并且获得了一流时尚杂志《EDEN》的工作机会。 因为某次外出工作，信子邂逅了一家梦幻的蛋糕店和蛋糕店里高大帅气的王子——金井太一（速水重道 饰）。为了帮助太一，信子不惜狂吃蛋糕帮助太一调制最美味的滋味，于是乎，辛苦经营的身材又逐渐不受控制的反弹。病急乱投医的她吃了有不知名反作用的减肥药，保住了工作，也和太一发展成为了情侣关系。一切都那么梦幻和美好，可那减肥药像个定时炸弹，刺痛着信子和太一……
