爱也艰难。

跑步强身，为推广这项运动和鼓励健康且正向的生活态度，香港电台制作全新电视节目《跑者．爱也》，邀请十位演艺界及运动员嘉宾与节目主持梁诺妍（Inez）奔跑本地不同路径，沿途介绍美景之余，并分享他们从跑步中获得的启发和体会。 　　今日（3月28日）节目进行外景拍摄，艺人苏丽珊应邀担任其中一集的嘉宾。苏丽珊向来喜欢运动，近年更挑战自我，完成人生首场的越野跑赛事。主持Inez亦是长跑爱好者，即使演艺事业、家庭两边忙仍答应担任节目主持，向大众宣扬跑步有益身心。节目中，两位由石塘咀的西环海中心公园起跑，途经卑路乍街海滨长廊、摩星岭、大口环，最后以沙湾泳棚为终点。二人一边跑步，欣赏沿途风景，一边畅谈彼此接触跑步的初衷与经历。 　　一连十集的《跑者．爱也》结合嘉宾访谈、纪录片及跑步教学环节，透过不同跑者分享亲身经历，例如参加马拉松、越野赛、街跑、社区跑、超慢跑等，从突破自我潜能和界限中探索跑步的魅力和意义。节目预计于7月在港台电视31播映。
