百花王是一所有着严格等级制度的地方。不同的是，在这里的等级制度都是由组建好的小团体统一管理，而区分等级的方式则是每个人之间进行技能博弈。在这个地方里面，每一个人都会参与这种技能博弈并要定期缴纳会费。一旦负债交不起会费的成员，就会变成最低级，由高等级的成员支配。随着一名成员蛇喰梦子的出现，这里的等级制度开始变得岌岌可危。蛇喰梦子有着高超的博弈技术，在成员之间战无不胜。这导致百花王中的低等级成员越来越多，严重影响了小团体的管理。为了制止这种现象，小团体找来了脱离这里两年的曾经的技术王真玄与梦子决战。却不想真玄用阴险的计谋获胜而众人也发现真玄是在故意扰乱这里的规则。至此，梦子提出最后决战，在决战中，梦子用良好的定力与团结成功击败真玄，守护住了这里的规则。
